When you purchase a ticket for one of our events, our ticketing platform — Eventbrite — automatically creates an account for you under the email address that you register under. To access your account:
1. Visit www.eventbrite.com
2. Click "Sign In" in the top right corner of the page (or forgot password if you have an account or have registered with one of our events before)
3. Insert your email and password and press log in
4. Once logged in, hover over over your account in the top right of the page and go to orders — this is where you'll be able to see all of your information.
The "Billing Information" section captures the ticket buyer information, while the "Registration" section is intended for the viewer of the webinar.
If you are registering yourself for an event, then both sections would be filled out identically. However, if you're registering someone else for an event, or purchasing multiple tickets and want to ensure each viewer has their own unique access link, then your information would go in the 'billing information' section, and the other guests' information in the 'registration' section. This will send you the order confirmation, but send them the webinar access email.
There are two options to save you time:
1. Log into your Eventbrite account and save your contact information and payment method. When you proceed to an order form, your information (like name, email, and credit card) will be autofilled into the fields for quick and easy checkout.
2. You can purchase an eGift Card from our site — when applied to an order form before checkout, you won't have to enter in your credit card information.

3. Press the register button
4. Enter your gift card code in the Promo Code box at the top of the pop-up box (with dashes included)
5. Press "Apply"
6. Press “Checkout” to complete the order
While our webinar access emails are automatically emailed out upon registration, they sometimes don't make it to their intended inbox for a host of reasons (strict email servers, a typo made during registration, etc). If you have your order number handy, which is located on your Eventbrite order confirmation email, you can retrieve your access link through the form below:

Once submitted, you'll receive an automated email with your unique webinar access link, or further instructions if we weren't able to locate it in the system. For individual webinars, a full replay will be available afterward through the same link for one week from the original air date (or one week after the series finale if part of a multipart event series).
We also recommend searching your spam folder for New York Adventure Club <no-reply@livestormevents.com> — if you find an email, simply mark it as not spam so all future messages go to your inbox.

Your order number can be found on the Eventbrite confirmation email that is sent immediately upon registering for an event.

We recommend checking your spam folder for messages sent from no-reply@livestormevents.com — if you find an email, please mark it as not spam so that future notifications are sent to your inbox.
It's possible that you accidentally unsubscribed from the notification emails at some point.
To re-register, please search for an old webinar invitation or reminder email (sent by no-reply@livestorm-events.com) and click on the Manage my email preferences link in the footer of our emails to resubscribe.
If you can't find an old email or unsubscribed before June 15, 2020, simply send a quick email to help@livestorm.co with your name and email address to confirm that you'd like Livestorm to resubscribe your account.
Since our webinar replays for individual virtual events are available for one week to those who registered beforehand (and for one week after the series finale of a multipart webinar), there is an opportunity to sign up for them if they're still active.

If it's been more than seven days, sit tight for the next occurrence of the experience — we typically repeat events every 1-2 months.
Full replays are found in the same webinar room the event originally aired in. This room can be reached by pressing the 'access webinar' button in the automated emails before or after the event — upon registration, one hour before, five minutes before, once the replay is available.
If you cannot locate this email, refer to the 'additional information' section of your order confirmation email for instructions on how to retrieve your unique webinar link.
Unfortunately, after seven days, the event replay will expire and be inaccessible. We recommend watching the replay within the one-week window or registering for the event the next time it appears on the calendar.
Nope! Since our events are hosted in a web-based webinar platform, you won't have to download any programs in advance. These virtual events can be accessed via most popular/up-to-date internet browsers and devices — see the exact technical requirements by clicking here.
You can search for the presenter by entering their full name into the homepage search bar.
Since our webinars are entirely web-based, you can watch them on your TV by opening the link up on your personal device and using your device’s screen mirroring function to display them to the big screen.
To screen mirror your device to your Smart TV or streaming box (Apple TV, Roku, etc), please take the following steps:

If you google “screen mirroring from [device] to [streaming box / smart tv],” you should be able to find the appropriate tutorial.
Guests with an android TV or chromecast can use Chrome’s cast feature to share the event room tab in their Google Chrome browser
Guests using a third party system such as Miracast can simply use the associated software to share the Chrome window with the Event room
If streaming isn’t an option, an HDMI cable can be used to connect a laptop to the television
